Costs

The number of hours required varies per case. Just like at the supermarket, you pay more if your shopping cart is full. Managing a project or mediation can cost more or less depending on your situation.

An introductory meeting is always free.
My hourly rate is 165 euros excluding VAT.

Is it about a divorce? Then a subsidy may apply. This means that clients who earn below a certain threshold pay a one-time fee of only 65 euros including VAT for the entire mediation. More information about subsidized legal aid can be found here. Own contribution - Legal Aid
